Amen! I’m a software developer, writer, and 12 year digital nomad. I remember when I first started off (c. 2000) I tried to compete with the prices third worlders living with their mommy and daddy. That was the biggest mistake I probably ever made in my life and it lasted for a few years before I learned the “confidence principle.” My work was worth more and if they want to work like slaves then that is their choice and their fault.
