Hahaha! What a load of complete shite! Millennials haven't figured out much of anything. They are well on their way to proving without a doubt that they are the laziest generation in history and the first generation worldwide to prefer living at home with Mommy & Daddy instead of striking out on their own. I and the rest of Gen X also recognized the problems with corporate life and started their own businesses (that's what I did); your generation, however, decided the world isn't fair. You don't know if you're a boy or a girl, and you shouldn't have to work like everyone else and decided never to leave the nest!
